Puri Beach Festival Odisha, This carnival is an initiative of the Orissa Tourism in collaboration with the Hotel and Resort Association of Puri. The carnival highlights the three Cs, the culture, the cuisine and the Crafts of Orissa. Orissa since from the Kalinga days have been holding the charisma of a rich and vivid culture. Orissa has inherited a legacy of a very strong and deep rooted culture which has experienced many shades with arrivals of many dynasties of rulers, reign of many religions and sects.
The festival exhibits a unique combination of folk and classical music and dance forms, eminent artists from all across India look forwards towards participation in this mega event. The festival is an initiative of the hotel and resort association of Puri in collaboration with Ministry of tourism Government of India, ministry of tourism state government of Orissa, Development Commissioner of Handicrafts and the eastern zonal cultural centre Kolkata.
It introduces with the cultural extravaganza and religious Diaspora of Orissa apart from exhibiting the handicrafts and cuisines of Orissa. The festival is known for its fresh and fun loving spirit amongst the tourists.
